Online appointments with a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link in every email.
Switch on Online appointment on the service and enter the Meeting link of your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams room. A staff member's own link wins: enter it under Meeting link for online appointments on the staff page.
Customers get the link in the confirmation, the reminder and the calendar entry, and in the customer portal.
